At We Serve Healthy, we are committed to delivering your meals and healthy products on time, in the best condition, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery timelines, charges, and conditions.

1. Serviceable Locations

  • Fresh Meal/Tiffin Delivery: Currently available in Pune city limits only.
  • Packaged Products (Cookies, Makhana, Millets, Multigrain Flour, etc.): Shipped pan-India through reliable courier partners.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Fresh Tiffin Subscriptions:
    • Meals are delivered daily at the chosen time slot (lunch/dinner).
    • Delivery may vary slightly due to traffic or weather conditions.
  • Packaged Products:
    • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
    • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
    • Remote area deliveries may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Fresh Tiffin Services: Delivery charges are included in the subscription fee unless otherwise specified.
  • Packaged Products:
    • Orders above ₹499 – Free Shipping.
    • Orders below ₹499 – A nominal delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • For packaged products, customers will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/Email once the order is dispatched.
  • For daily tiffin deliveries, customers can contact our support team for real-time updates.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:
    • For tiffins, the meal will be marked as delivered and no re-delivery will be attempted.
    • For packaged orders, the courier partner will make up to 2 additional attempts before returning the order.

6. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

  • In case of damaged packaging or wrong product delivery, customers must report the issue with photographic proof within 4 hours of receiving the order.
  • Delays due to force majeure events (strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities, etc.) will not be eligible for refunds.

7. International Shipping

At present, We Serve Healthy does not offer international shipping. Deliveries are restricted to addresses within India only.
