You must be at least 18 years of age or under the supervision of a parent/guardian to use our services.
By ordering from us, you confirm that the details provided (name, contact number, delivery address) are accurate and complete.
3. Products & Services
All meals and snacks are freshly prepared using hygienic and safe practices.
Since our products are perishable, they must be consumed on the same day (in the case of tiffins) or within the indicated shelf life (in the case of packaged goods).
Nutritional values mentioned on the website are approximate and may vary.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be made online through authorized payment gateways.
We reserve the right to update product pricing without prior notice, though confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout or subscription registration.
Any delay caused by external factors (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.) will not make us liable for compensation.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability of the customer, the order will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
6. Cancellation & Refunds

7. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are non-transferable without prior approval.
Customers can request pauses, reschedules, or modifications by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
Unused subscription days cannot be carried forward unless agreed in advance.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
