At We Serve Healthy, we take pride in delivering fresh, wholesome, and hygienically prepared meals and snacks to our customers. Since our products are made to order and fall under the category of perishable goods, we have a strict but fair Cancellation and Refund Policy to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellations
Tiffin Subscriptions:
You may cancel your monthly/weekly subscription plan within 24 hours of placing the initial order to receive a full refund.
Cancellations requested after the subscription cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may request to pause or reschedule your subscription by notifying our support team at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation is permitted only if the request is made before the order has been dispatched from our kitchen/warehouse.
Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are processed only in cases of:
Cancellation as per the above conditions.
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged or compromised packaging upon delivery (must be reported with photographic proof within 4 hours of delivery).
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of mind after order delivery.
Partial consumption of the meal/product.
Delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the customer or circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).
Refund Processing Timeline:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
In some cases, we may issue a credit voucher or replacement meal/product at our discretion.
3. Subscription Modifications
Customers may request to pause, reschedule, or transfer their subscription plan by contacting our customer support at least 48 hours prior to the intended change.
Adjustments will be accommodated subject to operational feasibility.
4. Delivery Failures
If our delivery team is unable to deliver the order due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the meal/product will be marked as delivered and no refund will be issued.
Re-delivery is subject to additional delivery charges and feasibility.
5. Returns
We have a 7 day return policy for damaged packaging
Once we receive the return , the replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days
